My path began with over 16 years in international sales, where I wore many hats and developed a deep understanding of operations and client relationships. Transitioning into a Director of Operations role, I focused on streamlining processes for efficiency, alongside managing bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, and team building. This diverse experience has equipped me with the tools to help small businesses thrive.
